Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating an account or using Club Engine (including myclubengine.com, staff.myclubengine.com, and related companions), you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of a cardroom or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Service description

Club Engine is cloud software for private cardroom administration — live floor (tables, seats, waitlist), sessions and administrative ledgers, player and staff records, books, tournaments, reports/exports, and related tools. The product is delivered as a web application and, on eligible plans, an Expo Go / internal mobile companion. Features available to your cardroom depend on your subscription plan (see Pricing).

Club Engine is operated by Quantum River LLC. It is administrative software only — not a bank, payment processor for player funds, or licensed gaming authority.

Operator responsibilities

Operators and their staff are solely responsible for:

• Compliance with all applicable laws, gaming regulations, and tax obligations in their jurisdiction
• Accuracy of data entered into the system
• Physical handling of cash, chips, and player funds
• Decisions made using reports, balances, notify logs, or exports from the platform
• Confirming that waitlist “SMS” / “push” intents are actually delivered when your room uses those channels — carrier text and device push transmit may be logged without sending until configured

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for assigning appropriate roles and permissions to staff within each cardroom. Staff sign-in is available at staff.myclubengine.com; club floors live under https://myclubengine.com/{slug}/. We may suspend access for abuse, non-payment, or violations of these Terms.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis unless cancelled. Plan limits (tables, active members, tournaments, concurrent sessions, and feature access) are described on the pricing page. Pro usage-based charges apply only as stated for your plan; we do not invent unpublished per-player rates. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Trial and plan status are shown in Room → Plan for entitled cardrooms.

Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable use policy. Without limiting that policy, you agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful gambling or money transmission where prohibited
• Attempt to bypass security, access other cardrooms without authorization, or scrape the service
• Upload malware or interfere with platform availability
• Misrepresent balances or records in a way that defrauds players or regulators

Data and privacy

Our handling of personal and operational data is described in the Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of cardroom data you enter; you grant us a license to host and process it solely to provide the service.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION OR ERROR-FREE LEDGERS. REPORTS AND BALANCES ARE DERIVED FROM DATA YOU AND YOUR STAFF ENTER; VERIFY CRITICAL FINANCIAL DECISIONS INDEPENDENTLY.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUANTUM RIVER LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF Club Engine. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

Changes

We may update these Terms or the service from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
