FAQ
Short answers for private cardroom operators evaluating Club Engine. Last updated August 20, 2026.
What is Club Engine?
Club Engine is private cardroom operations software — live floor (tables, seats, waitlist), sessions and administrative ledgers, players, dealers, wallets, tournaments, books, and reports/exports.
Where do I sign in and where is my club?
Staff login: staff.myclubengine.com. Your club floor lives at https://myclubengine.com/{slug}/ (for example /gate64/game/). Platform ops (Club Engine staff only) is ops.myclubengine.com.
Is this a bank or payment processor?
No. Club Engine provides administrative ledgers for operators. It is not a bank or money transmitter. Operators remain responsible for legal compliance and for physical cash/chips. See How money works.
Do you have an App Store app?
Not yet. Standard and Pro include a staff companion via Expo Go / internal builds — see Mobile. Phone Safari/Chrome can run the full web floor today. We will not claim “Available on the App Store” until a binary is listed.
How do staff invites work?
Owners and admins send invites from Room → Users. Club Engine emails an invite / set-password link when mail is configured; you can still copy the invite URL as a backup.
How does the waitlist notify players?
Floor can hold a seat and write a notify event (manual, SMS queue, or push queue). Carrier SMS and device push are logged in-product and are not automatically texted/pushed until transmit is configured. Rooms operate fine with Manual notify today.
What are the plans?
Basic $100/mo, Standard $200/mo, Pro $300/mo base (annual equivalents on Pricing). Standard includes session CSV export on Reports; Pro adds full analytics, audit Data, multi-session, and priority support. Pro’s per active member who played rate is Contact support — we do not invent a published $/player figure.
Is there a trial?
Yes — start from Signup. Trial is on card; plan status shows in Room → Plan after checkout confirms.
